SHORELINE are announcing their new full length record TO FIGURE OUT which will be out on February 23rd 2024 on Pure Noise Records.
After their first two albums “EAT MY SOUL” (Uncle M Music 2019) and their second LP “GROWTH” (End Hits Records 2022), the band has now found its own niche combining their musical influences from hardcore, emopunk and modern pop, working with their producer Chris Teti (Anxious, Fiddlehead, The World Is A Beautiful Place…)
The band announces the record with their new single SEOUL, a dynamic, heavy rock anthem in which singer Hansol Seung is reflecting on his experiences as a 2nd generation asian-immigrant living in Germany.
SEOUL is about reclaiming his cultural heritage, buried beneath assimilation and insecurities as a young adult, growing up in deep, rural, Bavaria, Germany.
The song quotes the album title accordingly: “can you figure out how to get rid of the wish to be someone else?” addressing Seung’s way of not only accepting, but embracing the fact that he looked and felt different through connecting with other asian-immigrants throughout Europe and the USA.
SHORELINE have been touring nonstop since 2016, supporting for a number of scene heavyweights such as BASEMENT, KNUCKLE PUCK, BOSTON MANOR and many more, becoming an established live act especially in Germany.
The album is now available for pre-order HERE.
