James Hersey

James Hersey

Liebe #stereoliebe Familie, an dieser Stelle sei verraten, dass wir vom 12. – 14. September 19 Jahre Club Stereo feiern. Hier kommt ein erster Geburtstagsgast ❤️

JAMES HERSEY grew up in Vienna, Austria. He started writing and producing songs in his late teens, growing a fanbase through local indie-radio before gaining recognition internationally. His self-penned song “Coming Over” (originally released as a live rooftop-video) became a legendary bootleg remix (by filous), and led to a rework by Kygo and Dillon Francis. This latter version catapulted James’s voice to
the peak of mainstream-EDM (#1 Billboard Dance Chart). After that his own “Miss You” earned him two Gold Records (Canada, Italy), and “How Hard I Try” (with filous) became a staple on mainstream radio worldwide. James’s performance highlights include Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and The Hollywood Bowl, as well as touring around the world for headline shows and in support of bands such as Honne, Milky Chance, and Metric.

James is best known to his fans as a heartfelt songwriter and authentic solo performer. This year he is embracing these roots on The Solo Tour, taking the stage with a handful of his favorite instruments and an eclectic blend of his best songs.
